Have you ever wonder why a supermodel is worth millions in the marketing industry? When you see them in real life, they look just like an average real person. But thanks to the image editing effects and advertising techniques, the lady can look like someone who is larger than life; a sex symbol on a magazine. The power of advertising is so strong because it plays with people’s desires. It takes everything out of an average lady and exaggerate it to fit people expectations. And that how life is sometimes, we expect something ordinary to be so big, that we paint this picture in our head of how we want it to be. However, when the time comes for us to receive it, we realize that it is not as good as we expect it to be. The true beauty in life is not chasing what we cannot get but making the best out of what we have.
